Superleichte, tragefreundliche Stirnlampe
Die ANSMANN Headlight HD200B ist mit 72g ein regelrechtes Fliegengewicht und dadurch auch bei längerem Gebrauch sehr angenehm zu tragen.
Universelles Kopfband
Das elastische Kopfband ist flexibel und universell einstellbar und sorgt für sicheren Halt auf jedem Kopf.
Der Kopfbandverschluss bietet zwei Funktionen:
Einen Haken zum Aufhängen der Lampe (z.B. im Zelt o.ä.) und eine Trillerpfeife, um z.B. in Gefahrensituationen auf sich aufmerksam zu machen.
Optimales Einsatzlicht durch hocheffizientes Reflektorsystem
Zur maximalen Lichtausbeute ist die Haupt-LED von einem optischen Reflektorsystem umfasst, welches das Licht optimal bündelt und dadurch eine hohe Leuchtweite erzielt. Dies hat eine sehr gute Ausleuchtung für Objekte in der Ferne zufolge. Die COB-LED bietet eine angenehme Leuchtstärke für den Nahbereich. Aufgrund der breiten und sehr homogenen Ausleuchtung ist dieser Modus ideal für Nahbereich geeignet.
Verstellbarer Lampenkopf
Die ultrahelle 3W LED sowie die 1.5W COB-LED und der um bis zu 45° verstellbare Neigungswinkel des Lampenkopfs garantieren eine optimale Ausleuchtung in allen Situationen.
Verschiedene Leuchtmodi
Die Stirnlampe verfügt über zwei ergonomische Druckschalter welche leicht bedienbar sind, auch während die Lampe auf dem Kopf angebracht ist. Ebenfalls ist die Lampe mit Handschuhen leicht zu bedienen. Folgende Schalterfunktionen bietet die Lampe:
Schalter 1: Es sind zwei Helligkeitsstufen wählbar: Ein 100% High Power Modus, mit dem man die volle Lichtleistung beider LEDs mit 100% ausschöpfen kann. In Stufe 2 leuchtet die 3W LED im 100% Modus.
Schalter 2 für COB LED: Es sind zwei Helligkeitsstufen wählbar: 100% oder 30% der COB LED.
Der 30%-Energiesparmodus eignet sich speziell für den Nahbereich, wenn nur geringfügig ausgeleuchtet werden muss. Im Energiesparmodus erhöht sich selbstverständlich die Betriebsdauer.
Schutzklasse IP44
Dank Schutzgrad IP44 ist die Stirnlampe gegen Eintritt von Spritzwasser geschützt und somit auch für den Outdoor-Einsatz geeignet..

Odd but surprisingly great
Size: 80 ea
These things are pretty weird. I had no idea what I was ordering when I ordered them. When they came, I didn't read the documentation and tried one like a normal breath mint. No no no. I set them aside for a few months -- until I read an article online in which dentists were interviewed and in which the dentists recommended products helpful for dental health. These things were mentioned in that list, so I dug them out and read the documentation. Oddly enough, each "melt" has an adhesive-like side that will keep it in place against your jaw (tucked out-of-the-way, between gum/teeth and cheek). And, it's gone -- there but forgotten. Lasts for hours (no kidding), slowly dissolving, keeping your mouth moist (like for speaking) and keeping your breath slightly "minty fresh" (I'm laughing at that expression.). And, apparently, there is a flouride-like dental benefit, but I haven't researched that. Anyway, I highly recommend these quite-strange "melts" (not mints but slightly minty).

Clear and powerful analysis.
Format: Paperback
The three books in Bowlby's trilogy on Attachment, Separation and Loss need to be read a whole. Using the studies and case histories of children being separated from their mothers and important others, in a wide range of circumstances from separations of only a few minutes, through separations of several weeks on up to prolonged and permanent separation due to divorce and death, Bowlby outlines a new way of understanding neurosis, psychosis and optimal, healthy functioning.
Using the lens of a Darwinian analysis, and the case histories written up by psychoanalysts spanning decades, he compares and contrasts his new theory with that of previous psychological thought, especially the psychoanalytic tradition.
I found his analysis penetrating and illuminating. It sets the stage and formulates the hypotheses for further research. Much of that research has now taken place and has borne out Bowlby's theories. Not all of it, of course.
Because Bowlby's attachment theory became and continues to be such a foundational analysis for so much that has followed in its wake, from evolutionary psychology to child development to psychotherapy, it is a must read for anyone interested in these and related fields.

A briliant book
Format: Paperback
This book is very neat in its specifics about the effects of absence when a mother is not in a child's life and the roles and effects of mother figures as well. Myself dealing with abandonment issues from my mom and my mother figure in my life, this book really assists in identifying the issues caused from the absent parent. Though the book doesn't offer any real advice as to deal with these problems that arise, it identify's the issues and allows you to further your research in progression. The writing style used can get rather complex though, be prepared for that. I agree with everything provided in this book and recommend it to anyone who's interested in either the psychological effects of absence of a parent, or seek to identify it themselves.

Bowlby Books
Format: Paperback
As an MFT graduate student, first hand accounts are important. For the price, add depth to your research writing as the theory intended. Bowlby makes separation axiety, child anger and anger clear. This is a good read even for those who are not in a clinical field. Worth a lot more too me than I paid.
