Arrived covered in water, brush errors when trying to run
Unit came completely covered in water. Minimal care taken with this "like-new" unit, had been leaking water into the plastic bag. Even with that, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and still finished setting it up. Within the first 30 seconds it was already reporting an error with one of the brushes. They would barely spin, stop, and fail. Even after thorough cleaning, the error persisted. The unit also struggled to find the home dock even when placed next to it, eventually erroring out as well.
Given how many issues this had within 5 minutes of opening the like-new box, I returned this for a refund.

Great model, itβs basically new !!
It was basically new. Everything was still sealed and in its original box and packaging. After using it for a few days it I can honestly say itβs been great at keeping the floors clean, I love it!!

this is a great deal and so nice to have on hand. I like being able to just grab replacement parts as needed and not have to place orders for them. It gives peace of mind to know I already have them on hand. much more affordable to buy all at once tooΒ
