Presenting itself as a noble and outstanding champagne, this particular bottle embodies the characteristics of its birth year, which is 2015. With its well-defined structure and generous warmth, it shows a character that is both commanding and inviting. Surrounded within its refined essence, the bouquet delicately unfolds, still in the process of maturation, while the palate indulges in a velvety embrace, revealing a captivating tenderness. Although youthful, this champagne reveals its temperament and remarkable promise, showcasing its impressive potential which can be discovered if being kept. But it is already very good to drink now. The champagne is put together from (18% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Noir) where the malolactic fermentation is in barrels and (27% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir) has had the malolactic fermentation in steel.
What is Special Club?Â
Special Club Champagne, also known as the Club de Trésors or Club of Treasures, represents the best classification for grower Champagnes. This club was established back in 1971 as the Club de Viticulteurs Champenois with the purpose of evaluating and recognizing exceptional quality among specific Champagne growers. The small producers worked together to produce a specially made glass bottle for their best vintages. And they only choose their best vintages to be put in Special Club bottles.
