Appearance
Dark cherry hue with excellent depth, reflecting the wine's concentration and bold character.
Aroma
Delicious aromas of raspberry, ripe cherries, and vanilla dominate, complemented by hints of dark chocolate, anise, and black coffee. The bouquet is complex and inviting, showcasing the influence of French oak maturation and ripe fruit expression.
Palate
A free-spirited Cabernet Sauvignon that opens with bright, juicy forest fruits, then unfolds into rich notes of dark chocolate and coffee on a long, supple finish. The palate displays excellent depth and intensity, with the winemaking tailored to build concentration during fermentation. French oak maturation provides rich toasty aromatics and beautiful balance, whilst the 14% alcohol supports the wine's bold structure without overwhelming the fruit. The finish is long and satisfying, with fine tannins providing excellent framework.
Released as a bold and youthful Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has plenty of depth and fruit to comfortably cellar over the next 4-10 years, developing further complexity with age.
