Aroma
This soft Pinot Noir presents aromas of raspberry and cherry complemented by mixed spices and a subtle earthy note. The bouquet is exotically fragrant and inviting, showcasing pristine fruit character from premium South Australian vineyards including McLaren Vale and the Barossa.
Palate
Dark fruited with real Pinot Noir character evident, making it very flavoursome and moreish. The palate delivers raspberry and cherry flavours intertwined with mixed spices, whilst soft tannins provide gentle structure without overwhelming the delicate fruit.
